This website is a business-to-business site. We collect only what we need to respond to your request and to do business with your company.
What we collect
When you submit the quote or contact form we receive the details you type: your name, company, work email, phone number, ship-to state, request type and the items you need. If you email us, we keep the email and any attachments. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or cookies on this site.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare quotes, process orders you place, invoice, arrange shipping, and keep the records a business must keep for tax and accounting purposes. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use it for marketing to you unless you have asked us to keep in touch.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, Inc. (United States), which stores a copy of each submission to deliver it to us. Email is hosted by Zoho Corporation. The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which sees standard web-server data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. When you place an order we share the ship-to details with the distributor or carrier that fulfils it. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose of providing the service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as US tax law requires, normally seven years.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email sales@premiersourcesupply.com with "Privacy request" in the subject and we will reply within 10 business days. California residents acting for a business have the same rights under the CCPA to the extent it applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions and email is limited to staff who handle quotes and orders, using individual accounts with two-factor authentication.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
